Work History: Glen has been surveying for over 30 years. His experience includes managing boundary retracement
surveys, construction layout surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, and, existing conditions surveys,
and topographic surveys. Glen has managed and overseen the layout of construction layout for many
large commercial projects. Glen has analyzed and rendered opinions for hundreds of boundary
retracement surveys throughout Massachusetts. His duties and responsibilities include overseeing
various components for the production of all the surveys performed and the cost control to bring projects
in on time and on budget.

Work History: Since joining our staff in 2005, Andy has successfully completed a wide range of projects. Andy’s varied
duties include deed & title research, CAD operations and running field crews. His land surveying field
experience includes construction layout, roadway layout, existing conditions, boundary retracement
and topographic surveys. Andy serves as our Accident Prevention & Health Safety program coordinator.
Tim Pierce

Training: Fort Leonardwood, MO
MALSCE/Army - Over 200 hours of survey theory and practices/new equipment training
Certifications: OSHA 10 Hour
Work History: Tim joined Reed Land Surveying, Inc. in 2011 after an extensive history surveying overseas in Afghanistan and Kuwait for the United States Army. In July 2020 Tim retired from the Army as a Staff Sergeant. With his 20+ years of field time stateside he has been a major asset to the company.
Shawn Bohlin

Education: Earth Sciences
Certifications: OSHA 10 Hour
Work History: Since joining us in Fall 2016 he has assisted as an instrument operator on a number of large projects such as the Medway powerplant, the Boston College athletic center and the Boston College baseball fields. He also ran as a field chief for several big projects such as piles for The TRACK at New Balance, and assisting in putting in the storm drain system at MIT.
